| Our processor design is simple, modular and expandable. The basic unit can produce batches from 20 to 50 gallons. Our processors are complete. There is nothing else you need except raw materials and utilities. |
| Here is our basic processor. It will process 20-50 gallons per batch. Only $2995.00 From left to right are: Methanol &catalyst tank. While your oil is achieving the right temperature, you should titrate to determine the proper amount of catalyst to mix with the methanol. Make sure it is completely dissolved before beginning your reaction. Oil heating/drying tank. It is important to have dry oil, and have it near 130 degrees for fast, complete conversion to biodiesel. The main processing unit. This is where the reaction takes place, the glycerine is allowed to separate, and the raw biodiesel is washed. The unit has a mist washer built in. |
The biodiesel drying tank completes the processor. It is a
single use tank that only sees clean, washed fuel. It has a
dedicated pump to minimize contamination from glycerine,
water, and unreacted oil. A final filter is included on all models.

Standard on all our processors are switches and
timers. The timers add an extra margin of
automation and safety.
You can draw samples for titration, or make batch
recovery estimates using our graduated cylinder
sampler. These are optional and cost $75.00.
Also optional are a fuel hose and nozzle. These
cost $60.00.
